We quite often get asked allot of questions regularly so we have put some of the more regular questions together on this page to help you out.
Are my products sent to me discreetly ?
We use standard Australia Post plain satchels otherwise plain cardboard boxes or packaging.
The from address will say from BA not Bondage Australia.
What will it say on my credit card or paypal account ?
Payments are made to an account under the name of bdsm distributors not Bondage Australia.
Do you accept returns ?
Yes but returns are done on a case by case basis please contact us through the contact page to ask for a return.
Please note that we have a 14 day from date of order refund policy, there are no warranty's offered or refunds offered after this point in time. For faulty products a refund is only given if the product is found to be faulty on inspection, if no fault is found on inspection the costs of inspection ($18.50 in Australia outside Australia is up to the manufacturer) and returned shipping is charged to the purchaser. There maybe $12 restocking fee per item that is to be returned or our cost price of the item depending on the cercumstances, this is to cover our administration time or replacement of the stock you returned. We do not accept refunds for cancelations, if you didn't read the description properly, change of mind orders or if you found it cheaper somewhere else so make sure you want the products before you order them.
Also please note our staff are real people that do not need to listen to profanity's or abuse from anyone and have been told not to deal with anyone displaying such behaviours.
Do you send to P.O Box'es and parcle lockers?
Yes we do alot of our customers send to P.O Boxes and parcle lockers.
Can I visit the shop?
We are currently online only as we are restricted by councle regulations so no sorry we are online only
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We ship to alot of different counterys but the $200 free shipping policy does not appy to international orders its Australia only. If you can select your countery at checkout then we will ship to you, for other destinations please use the contact form and ask us to add your countery. All international shipping is a signature on delevery service.
Do you sell wholesale?
We will soon be offering some of our range wholesale but only to verified B2B only.
If you would like to open a wholesale account please fill out the registration form on the wholesale page and once your information has been verified we will open an account for you.
Do you share my information?
No we do not unless we are forced to by a by a government authority and we would notify you if we had to do this.
Do you accept other currency's?
The site payment gateway will always make you check out in Australian Dollars but you can use the currency converter button to work out how much your order is.
