The staff at Bondage Australia will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We do postage once a day, through Australia post.
Once your order has been processed we will send you an email telling you that your order has been compleat, this means that it has been sent in the mail.
At Bondage Australia we only put items on the site that are available in stock but sometimes there can be mixups so please bare with us when this happens.
Bondage Australia is continually adding new and exciting products to our range so just because we dont have it today does not mean we wont have it soon.
Please check that your email, phone number and shipping address are correct on your order form.

At Bondage Australia we use paypal for our online purchases; we want the best protection for our customers. We do not hand out our customers details to anyone and the parcels packaging is discreet as there will be no reference to adult sex shops.
Returns & Replacements Items that need to be returned or replaced are done so by a case to case basis.
To return an item you firstly need to fill out the contact us part on the web site and in the comment part write a request to have the item returned. Write down what the item you purchased is, the order reference number and what is wrong with the item. Bondage Australia will get in contact with you before you send the item back to us. Please ensure that you check the sizing of the items that you are going to purchase (if the size is applicable). Due to sanitary reasons you can’t return used products, so please choose carefully. Returns must not be damaged or soiled, or worn (except tried on for sizing). With battery operated items check that the batteries are the correct ones and try using new ones, before sending the product back.
